Camp Organisation: A Note to Parents

Wow Camp week has come around FAST! I hope you all received your final notice and gear list last Friday? If not here are some of the organisation details for Wednesday and Friday.

Wednesday arrive at school 8-8:25am. Meet in the School Hall with all their gear. We will be doing a roll check at 8:30 and then leaving for camp.

Make sure that:

• All gear is packed in a reasonable sized bag (not a huge suitcase/pack as we need to get all luggage on the bus and stored in the dorms).
• All gear is named.
• A day-pack (school bag) with morning-tea, lunch and a drink.
• Snack or baking: hand in to a teacher
• Medication: hand in to Miss Katon.

Remember to pack togs for the swim at the Lido on the way home!

We will be arriving back at school on Friday at approx 2:30- 2:45. Please pick your child up from the School Hall NOT the back gate.
Everyone is exhausted by this stage so please make sure that your child has a ride home. If there are any problems with someone picking them up before 3pm let the office know during the week so that we know what is happening.
